I continue to expect a bottom to be forming in precious metals... but we're not there yet.
We'd view a deeper pullback as a buying opportunity.
Pay attention to China, which has been accumulating record amounts of gold.
I am seeing more signs that lower levels may still be struck before we are ready for the next rally.
The next break out in gold and silver should be a strong move to the upside and should begin over the next few months.
Caution is indicated near term, but I expect to see much higher levels in the complex over the longer term.
The market looks like it will reward those with patience.
Despite gold's relative underperformance on a YTD basis, an increasing number of analysts have become bullish.
